Eric A. Jacobs, Esq.

Regional President – Select Brands at Anywhere Integrated Services

Eric Jacobs is responsible for the operations and sales for three prominent title companies, Clear Title Group in Florida, Burnet Title in Illinois, and ProNational Title Agency in New York. In 2025, he expanded his leadership to oversee Sunbelt Title, Texas American Title Company, and Upward Title and Closing operations in Texas and Florida. He joined Anywhere upon the acquisition of Clear Title Group as its President in 2013 where he developed and implemented a strong strategic positioning for the business to become the leading title company in the luxury real estate market in South Florida. In 2021, he expanded his oversight to include Burnet Title in Illinois and ProNational Title Agency in New York. Additionally, Eric leads the operations and expansion of VirtualClose, Anywhere’s digital closing and Remote Online Notarization (RON) initiative. Eric is also a real estate broker and managing attorney of Nexterra Law. He is a graduate of Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in political science, holds a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, and has an MBA from H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business & Entrepreneurship. Eric earned a certification in Artificial Intelligence: Business Strategies and Applications from UC Berkely in 2023. He was appointed to the Corporate Board of Governors of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) in 2024 and is a founder and supporting donor for the Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida

Steven Liberty joined Clear Title Group as Vice President in 2021, bringing his background as a real estate and litigation attorney to the title industry. He oversees operations and business development across Florida. Steven’s unique blend of legal expertise and operational leadership ensures clients receive both a smooth closing process and the highest level of protection in their transactions. Under his leadership, Clear Title Group has expanded its reach and strengthened its reputation as a trusted partner for real estate transactions.
